End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Journeo regarding the use of the Journeo mobile application.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the app on a single device.

Permitted Uses

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial travel planning purposes.

Restrictions

• You may not modify, adapt, or translate the app
• You may not distribute, sublicense, or rent the app
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• You may not transfer your rights under this EULA without our written consent

Ownership

The app and all intellectual property rights therein remain the property of Journeo. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property.

Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease using the app and delete it from your device.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Journeo be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
