End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you and Journeo regarding your use of the Journeo mobile application.

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your devices.

Permitted Uses

You may use the application strictly for personal, non-commercial travel planning and navigation.

Restrictions

• You may not modify, adapt, or translate the application
• You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the app
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the code
• You may not transfer rights under this EULA without written consent

Ownership

The application and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Journeo. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the application.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or bug-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Journeo be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
