Account and Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all your data
This action cannot be undone! All your data will be permanently deleted.
1. Through Mobile App
Fastest method (Recommended)
- Open the Journeo app
- Go to Profile tab
- Select Settings → Account settings
- Click 'Delete Account' button
- Enter confirmation code and confirm
2. Request via Email
If you don't have access to the app
Send an email with the following information:
To: privacy@journeo.ai
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Content:
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if applicable)
- Your explicit account deletion request
Your request will be processed within 30 days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- ✓ Your account information and credentials
- ✓ Your profile and photo records
- ✓ Your travel and itinerary history
- ✓ Your saved locations and custom routes
- ✓ Your expense and budget records
- ✓ Your shared community content
- ✓ Your preferences and app settings
Important Notes
• If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in app store settings first.
• Deleted data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
• Some transaction records may be retained for 90 days for statutory legal compliance.
• You can use the same email address in the future to create a new account.
