Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all your data

1. Through Mobile App

Fastest method (Recommended)

  1. Open the Journeo app
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Select Settings → Account settings
  4. Click "Delete Account" button
  5. Enter your confirmation code and confirm

2. Request via Email

If you don't have access to the app

Send an email with the following information:

To: privacy@journeo.ai

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Content:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your username (if applicable)
  • Your account deletion request

Your request will be processed within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • ✓ Your account information
  • ✓ Your profile information
  • ✓ Your travel history
  • ✓ Your saved routes
  • ✓ Your expense records
  • ✓ Your shared content
  • ✓ Your preferences and settings

Important Notes

• If you have an active subscription, we recommend canceling it first

• Deleted data cannot be recovered

• Some data may be retained for 90 days for legal obligations

• You can use the same email address to create a new account
